I had been looking around for a while....test driving many new SUV's and wasn't happy with most other sales reps. Jonathan took the time to really find out what I ACTUALLY needed, he ended up recommendin many new SUV's and wasn't happy with most other sales reps. I LOVE my new vehicle already!!It's exactly what I had been looking for....even the color. When I went to pick it up he was smiling and waiting for me....which is something you don't see anymore often in the customer service industry. He answered all my questions, even ones I didn't know I had and never made me feel rushed or pressured to buy. The whole experience was great Adrian and Jonathan were awesome, the product knowledge and how their presented themselves and the product was amazing. At no time did they push a sale or a vehicle. Martin took my money and usually that guy you don’t like too much lol. When I went to Capital Ford it was a great experience. Jon was great to deal, there was no pressure to buy and I felt he was very knowledgeable about the vehicle I was looking at.
