I was very satisfied with the service provided by the Capital Ford group. I did a lot of homework before shopping 3 other competitive dealerships and Capital. I went to Capital Ford Lincoln looking for my first car. I told Jon what I was looking for and what my budget was and he listened. The first car I was interested in didn't work out, but as soon as another I told Jon what I was looking for and what my budget was and he listened. The first car I was interested in didn't work out, but as soon as another car came on the lot that matched my "wish list", he immediately informed me and I ended up purchasing the vehicle. He provided excellent customer service in a very friendly manner and worked with me in finding what I really wanted and could afford as opposed to "pushing" a sale on me like so many other dealerships. I haven't the foggiest idea about cars and was super nervous when I started looking for my first, coz I was afraid I would be totally ripped off...yes, had heard loads of nightmare stories from friends nervous when I started looking for my first, coz I was afraid I would be totally ripped off...yes, had heard loads of nightmare stories from friends and family. I looked around and when I got to Capital Ford Lincoln, Jonathan Barabash's friendly unpretentious manner quickly set me at ease. He never once gave me the sense that he was talking down at me or impatient and the litmus test was handling my super expressive friend "Lucia". He did so with ease! Jonathan got what I wanted straight away and answered all the questions my friend and I had. I had had a Toyota Rav 4 in mind...told him my budget and we test drove a Ford Escape and I looooved it!! Darren Hollinger was great about explaining the financials and insurance, being new to the country that was so appreciated and he was so gracious about alterations I wanted. Adrien Dennis was interesting and when chatting with Jonathan and him, I got a better sense of the car and the really cool thing is I felt no pressure from them for me to buy. I would most definitely recommend Capital Ford Lincoln and recommend they work with Jonathan coz they helped transform a seemingly daunting task into a really simple and clear one. Did I mention I love my car....yup...TOTALLY!! More
