John Rossini, Service Director and staff are amazing!!! This month I celebrated my "19th Anniversary" with Toyotatown. John Rossini and his staff have provided service that goes far and beyond the expected. This month I celebrated my "19th Anniversary" with Toyotatown. John Rossini and his staff have provided service that goes far and beyond the expected. I am in possession of my second Toyota vehicle being. 2004 Rav 4. When I drive in for service I am greeted with a warm welcome from Rob, Todd and the others who are the initial contacts for servicing. John Rossini is always available with his "open door policy" and it is a joy and a privilege whether it be to say hello, or speak with regarding any questions I may have. Any issues are dealt with promptly and professionally on a consistent basis. Issues are explained thoroughly and are coupled with recommendations that will enhance the top notch maintenance I receive. Toyotatown is trustworthy, reliable, thorough, professional and most accommodating whether it be a regular service appointment or one that had to be made regarding an unforeseen circumstance. As I begin my 20th year association with Toyotatown, I continue to trust the service and sales that encompass my lifelong driving experience. He was very helpful and communicated in a personal way which made me feel like he actually cared and that the problem would be fixed to my satisfaction. John made me feel better started to feel better about a very upsetting and disruptive failure in the vehicle's tow-hitch wiring. I was disappointed however to learn afterwards that the dealership-installed wiring for the hitch had never been properly connected or had somehow come loose. Fortunately with John's intervention and Todd Servant's (the Service Advisor) professional communications afterwards about what the problem actually was, I felt less upset and hopeful that the hitch will now work when I go to use it next. More

Recently, on two unexpected visits caused by vehicle problems ( 2009 Camry and 2009 Prius), excellence and integrity were demonstrated in the Service area where Rob Dako provided superior problem-solving and extended follow-up, in Reception by Patty Smith, and in Sales by David High who demonstrated proactive customer service in delivering and completing a vehicle sale of a 2017 Sienna . Buying new Camry 2018 Toyota Town is my main source of getting new and used cars. In 2013, I bought brand new Toyota Sienna 2013 and used corolla 2006. In 2015 I bought br Toyota Town is my main source of getting new and used cars. In 2013, I bought brand new Toyota Sienna 2013 and used corolla 2006. In 2015 I bought brand new Sienna 2015. Recently I bought brand new Camry 2018. The staff are very helpful especially Shawn Longworth, he helped me a lot in getting my car without any problems, as on the day of my receiving the car, everything was prepared as required, just handing over the car key to me. He explained even how to deal with and set up the car accessories and devices. He is very professional, knowledgeable and friendly. He really cared me and my requirement in the new Camry he worked hard to get everything on time. I recommended Toyota Town for my friends, due to the quality, the easy in dealing with staff and more care i found especially Shawn Longworth. . I would highly recommend him to my family and friends. More

He is a great judge of character and knows how to work with people and staff. Our family has collectively purchased three new vehicles from Shawn in the last three years. As owners of three different Toyotas over the past ten years, we have experienced consistent exceptional service. The staff's helpful, positive attitude to customers reflects the leadership of John Rossini. We would especially commend Rob Dako, our Service Technician, who always responds with expertise and promptness.
