Happy Campers I live in Houston and my son lives in Austin. From the minute Cory answered my call I knew that this would be an honest experience. Kind, straightforward, and devoid of any ridiculous sales trickery that I had the displeasure of dealing with elsewhere. Worked with my schedule to make sure the process was as easy as it could be for me (even missed his son's tee-ball game, which I feel terrible about!). Cannot speak more highly of him. Once we decided to move forward Jerry made the financing experience effortless, thoroughly explaining each option and document before signing. While I intend to hold on to this vehicle for some time, there's no doubt that Covert Cadillac will be the first place I look for its replacement. A+. More

Excellent Customer Service Daniel Walsh was excellent. I called about the vehicle I was interested in on a Monday and spoke to him he made sure that it was still available. Bein Daniel Walsh was excellent. I called about the vehicle I was interested in on a Monday and spoke to him he made sure that it was still available. Being that we lived about an hour away I told him that we would not be able to make it until Wednesday. He took down my information and kept me updated on the vehicle. When I was ready to come and see the vehicle on Wednesday he made sure that it was still available and set the keys to the side so that I could test drive the vehicle when I arrived at the dealership. We came from an hour away and when we got there we were greeted and offered something to drink. He also had the keys on his desk ready to go. He pulled the vehicle around and let us check it out and then take it on a test drive. He was very pleasant to work with and made sure to give the best deal possible on the vehicle. We got the paperwork done and we bought the vehicle. Daniel made our car buying experience worth the drive. He has excellent customer service and is very honest. I can appreciate that. The car that we purchased needed new tires and a inspection. They put new tires on the vehicle as well as replaced things that needed to be taken care of and also delivered the vehicle to my home. He made sure that I was kept up to speed on everything and even checked on me after the vehicle was delivered. All I can say is keep up the excellent customer service.
