First and foremost, I would like to thank the team in Lockwood Kia especially Jay (dealer), Christopher (Finance Manager), and Marco (General Manager) who were all a part of the process in purchasing my Lockwood Kia especially Jay (dealer), Christopher (Finance Manager), and Marco (General Manager) who were all a part of the process in purchasing my first brand new car! Jay walked me through the initial process of reserving my car and when my car arrived, he was very knowledgeable with all of the features (safety features, settings, etc) that the car came with. I was very happy with the customer service he provided, especially the communication. The initial process happened over the phone which was very convenient for me since I live in Scarborough and Lockwood Kia is in Oakville. Jay kept me informed and provided pictures of the car when it arrived which I REALLY appreciated because at least I felt confident knowing what I was getting. I would highly recommend him to anyone because he is approachable and made me whole experience of buying a car less intimidating. Christopher walked me through all the financial aspects; from the bill of sales, to the coverage and whatever else that falls under this category. I was very happy with the overall process because he was very patient when I asked for further clarification and explained terminology that were very new to me. He was very prompt in replying to my emails and keeping me well-informed on any updates, which makes Christopher very reliable and competent! He also made the whole purchasing process go smoothly. The staff mentioned above have all contributed in the success of purchasing my first car. I would highly recommend this dealership to my friends and family. More
