They lied about pricing, adding hidden fees and excessive markups that were never disclosed upfront. Every time I raised a concern, instead of taking responsibility, they tried to shift the blame to another Kia department—a culture of finger-pointing rather than problem-solving. The lack of honesty, accountability, and professionalism here is shocking. What should have been an exciting purchase turned into weeks of stress, wasted time, and frustration. If you value your money, your time, and basic respect as a customer, avoid this dealership at all costs. There are plenty of other dealers who understand what integrity and customer service actually mean. More

Got off to a bad start, in that the 2nd key was missing for 2 weeks after we picked up the vehicle , which was a week after we purchased it. After a week's worth of phone calls to sales and getting nowhere for 2 weeks after we picked up the vehicle , which was a week after we purchased it. I'm not in a position to rate the dealership as far as maintenance is concerned yet. More

I put a $500 deposit for a Carnival but didn't take the bill of sales as I had an app to catch. I went two days later to pick it up and I see they added 3K for rust, paint and interior! Another 3K for 3M f bill of sales as I had an app to catch. I went two days later to pick it up and I see they added 3K for rust, paint and interior! Another 3K for 3M film and tints! And another 1.5K for the tire and rim warranty! When I asked I don't need any of these especially when I will be waiting 8 to 14 months for the car they said that's the ONLY way I can get on the waiting list for the car! I just walked away... The good thing they did refund me the deposit! More

I contacted Lockwood Kia with regards to a vehicle I was looking to purchase. I started by having an online chat with one of their sales professionals and received a quote for my trade in. I knew that the quote was conditional on the quality of my car, (which is impeccable) but after driving 3 hours to get there I was offered just over half of the quoted amount with a take or leave it attitude ..... I left it !! I understand the difficulties associated with online quotes but as stated my car is impeccable and the red book price was in keeping with the original online quote, which is why I made the 3 hour (one way) journey. Very disappointed in the tactics used to get me "through the door", I was in the car sales business for over 20 years and thought I'd seen all the shifty moves, but these guys knew I had a 6 hour round trip and figured I wouldn't walk out without making the deal .......... WRONG !!! More
