Rob explained what was going to Yesterday I met with Rob Drako at Toyota-Town service centre. I am thoroughly impressed with the way I was treated. Rob explained what was going to be done showed the record of my car and how long it was going to take. They even offered me a free car wash (which it needed). When the work was done (early) Rob called to let me know and made suggestions for my next visit. There were no surprises. I was dealt with professionalism upon entering the service bay. Someone talks to you immediately and tells you what is going on. everyone was efficient, friendly and professional. The service bays are spotless too, you never have to worry about were you are stepping or what you are touching. I would highly recommend this dealership to anybody. More
