Well, during the Coronavirus pandemic, we wondered whether we would feel safe and secure in our dealings with the various staff members at Toyota.Town who would help us buy a new SUV. I am pleased to report that all was handled very professionally and our first experience at Toyota.Town was amazing! We may have missed some tours and introductions, due to COVID, but this was made up for by the friendliness and welcome atmosphere created by Brian Williams and Janice Feenstra. Brian went "above and beyond" standing in the howling wind and cold to introduce us to the instrument panel and other features on our new vehicle. He fielded all of our questions and assured us he would be available anytime for future queries. A phone call response to an E-mail I had just finished sending this afternoon was outstanding service. We would certainly recommend this dealership (and Brian Williams) to others in the market for a vehicle. More

This will be the third car I bought from Ken Yates. He also sold my son his first car several years ago. I could not find a Toyota Tacoma TRD Sport with the options i wanted anywhere locally (Ottawa area). For any I did find, even elsewhere in Southern Ontario I found the dealers were completely unwillin options i wanted anywhere locally (Ottawa area). For any I did find, even elsewhere in Southern Ontario I found the dealers were completely unwilling to negotiate a fair price and trade-in. Then I found Shawn and Toyota Town. In a very short time I managed to negotiate a very fair satisfying deal (to both sides) for exactly the vehicle I wanted. Think I'm kidding? I'm not - I drove 600 KMs from Ottawa to London to complete my deal. Well worth the drive! Shawn was awesome, fair, honest and made car dealing a pleasure (that's rare!).
