I was greeted in a very friendly way upon entry on my first visit and this continued on all visits. I was impressed in all areas and would recommend this dealership without hesitation. My sales rep was James Kestaloot. I immediately sensed that James and I would work well with each other. He was very personable, professional, knowledgeable and extremely easy to chat with. He walked my wife and I through the features of our vehicle choice, accompanied us on an informative test drive, answered all of our questions thoroughly and at all times kept us at ease. On one occasion when I asked about the extended warranty program, he spoke casually about it being similar to my comfort level similar to buying insurance. There was no high pressure sales just solid information and stated that I would be meeting with someone who would go over the finer details. At the end of this process I quickly made a mental note to include the plan in my purchase. I mention to many friends that if I leave a dealership after buying a vehicle and feel comfortable and feel like I made a fair deal - I'm happy. We ordered a new Highlander and left excited and feeling very good about the experience and how appreciative we were of Jamie's assistance. James made what had been, from past experiences, a high stress situation a most enjoyable one in many ways. This was greatly appreciated. After ordering this new vehicle my wife and I had a few roadblocks thrown in our way plus the imposing chance of tariffs from the US. Our new car would have to wait. Jamie handled us in a most compassionate manner and completed all the required paperwork to withdraw our order. He will never know how much we appreciated this. Customer service like this is hard to find. I will readily recommend ToyotaTown to anyone and encourage them to seek out a guy named Jamie Kestaloot! More

Horrible sales advisor. Did not explain the car fax. Did not run the overall total price including interest. Dealership has I got your back 911 sticker in he front entrance but does not offer anything to first responders. So do they really have first responders backs? I’ll definitely let other first responders know not to come here. Therefore, watch out for the sales advisors. This dealership does not deserve a star. I’ll name drop the sales advisor if you ask. James went above and beyond even came in on his day off answering my questions regarding my options for a trade in, responded to emails, etc, phone messages immediately, for which I felt "important". I have the Bright headlight feature that turns off and on without me using it that no one showed me when I bought my Rav 4 at another dealership.. I will be returning to Toyota Town hands down..
