Purchasing my first car was seamless with Gwen Jones! Since this was my first car purchase (and I know nothing about cars), I was nervous about the whole experience. What company? Model? Features? Was I g Since this was my first car purchase (and I know nothing about cars), I was nervous about the whole experience. What company? Model? Features? Was I getting a good deal? And the list goes on. When I arrived at ToyotaTown, Gwen Jones approached my mother and I to help answer our questions. At this point, I didn't know what type of car I wanted so not only did she show me the various models, she also asked the right questions to get a good sense of what I wanted in a car, what I would be using it for, things that would be important to me on a day-to-day basis, etc. In the end she suggested the Toyota Venza, which I had never even considered and after test driving it, there was no question that it was the car for me. Gwen Jones is very knowledgeable about the vehicles, as well as the competition so you can feel confident knowing you are getting accurate and complete information. She makes herself available throughout the process to answer any questions you have and follows up with you after you purchase the car, ensuring everything is working smoothly. Gwen was very patient and gave up a lot of her time to help me. She is genuinely interested in making sure you get the car that is right for you and she will work in your favour throughout the process. She truly felt like a friend helping me out. What I thought would be a stressful process turned out to be a really enjoyable day. I cannot say enough good things about Gwen and strongly recommend her to everyone! Also, the Toyota Venza V6 AWD is so smooth and comfortable on the road. I am so happy with my purchase! More
