Gwen started into Toyota Sales over 19 years ago. She had been a "soccer mom", in fact, a competitive swimming mom who had always been drawn to automotive sales. Gwen's uncle was in the business for over 50 years and encouraged her to pursue her passion. Toyota proved to be the ideal manufacturer for Gwen to work for with its industry leading standards, integrity and involvement in the community. In the fall of 2010 Gwen moved home to London after being gone for many years and applied at ToyotaTown because of its achievements as a dealership and its incredible management staff. Since then, she has loved getting to know the London community and the surrounding area, again. My sister was in the market for a new compac Gwen Jones was the person my wife and I had encountered while purchasing two Toyota vehicles in the past. My sister was in the market for a new compact car. Being members of the "Over the hill gang" (senior citizens) I immediately thought of Gwen's demeanor, patience and knowledge of the Toyota product. A call to Gwen and all queries and concerns were addressed. Sister now has a new Toyota Yaris which fulfils her transportation requirements as well as accommodating her budget. One woman to another I just bought a new Toyota Corolla LE through Gwen Jones and really appreciated her approach and knowledge. Gwen took lots of time to show me the vari I just bought a new Toyota Corolla LE through Gwen Jones and really appreciated her approach and knowledge. Gwen took lots of time to show me the various cars, take them for a drive and tell me all about each one. Gwen was very knowledgeable about the vehicles but what was also important to me was her genuine approach and the fact that she did not pressure me to buy one car over the other or to hurry up and buy. Cleary as a salesperson her goal was to sell me a car but in doing so she was patient, respectful and took her lead from me. I also super appreciated that before I signed on the dotted line Gwen double checked with me to ensure I was going to be happy with the car color, interior etc. So grateful she did because I did opt to make some changes. A very postive experience and I love my new car! More

I wasn't able to purchase at that time, but was so pleased with the experience that I went back to Toyota Town to Gwen when the time came to purchase a car this year. Gwen is friendly and very knowledgable. She gave me information about every aspect of my Corolla: specs, technology, service - it was great! She took the time to explain all the options and answer my questions, and never put pressure on me to make a decision.
