She put me at ease in the first fifteen seconds upon meeting her. Adel worked hard to get me the car I wanted with the options I wanted at terms that fit my budget. Lee then paired is with Gwen who took the time to figure out and suggest the best option for our family. We are a soccer family with 5 kids and big dogs. She knew we were looking in the event our current vehicle could not be repaired and still have us her time and full attention. During the appointment we got the call stating we were getting our van back and still she went thought the work to show us rates and price differences knowing we were not buying that day. When we are ready we will be calling Gwen and purchasing our next van from her. There was never and pressure and everyone there were wonderful and helpful. If your a busy family with kids Toyota town is the place for you to go. More

Gwen Jones was very helpful and gave me the information and the time I needed to make the decision that was right for me. Vladimir Stepancev was great in explaining my options for financing the vehicle & prolonging it's life. I looked at two cars & when I chose the cheaper car there was no pressure to buy the more expensive one instead. I traveled from Oshawa to London to see these two cars & I was surprised and pleased when Gwen offered to pick me up at the train station when I came back to pick up the car. That offer was very helpful to me and although perhaps not a big thing to her, it demonstrated her generous & helpful approach to caring for her customers. Thanks! More

Negotiations were easy and straightforward, the trade in deal was as discussed, the vehicle arrive shortly after the order was placed, it came in fully prepared without any hassle and in the final review, Gwen explained all pertinent details on how to organize its internal workings from the navigation to the garage door opener. (The snow scraper was an added benefit considering this years accumulation.) The vehicle is a joy to drive. It sure beats the old Ford that had many hard driven kilometers on it. This is my first new vehicle in 25 years and the overall experience was great. I would recommend a visit if a new vehicle is on the horizon. (The only criticism is the flow of calls and emails that occurred during and after we picked up the vehicle.) More
