Gwen started into Toyota Sales over 19 years ago. She had been a "soccer mom", in fact, a competitive swimming mom who had always been drawn to automotive sales. Gwen's uncle was in the business for over 50 years and encouraged her to pursue her passion. Toyota proved to be the ideal manufacturer for Gwen to work for with its industry leading standards, integrity and involvement in the community. In the fall of 2010 Gwen moved home to London after being gone for many years and applied at ToyotaTown because of its achievements as a dealership and its incredible management staff. Since then, she has loved getting to know the London community and the surrounding area, again. Attentive, Congenial, Informative We (my husband especially) visited several dealerships over a six month period, studied numerous car journals, and are members of Consumer Reports. W We (my husband especially) visited several dealerships over a six month period, studied numerous car journals, and are members of Consumer Reports. We polled our friends about their experiences and had always heard good things about Toyotatown in London. My husband talked with at least three product advisors (salespeople) at Toyotatown, went on a couple of test drives and spent a considerable amount of time with Geordie. My husband had occasion to ask questions over the phone as well. We were impressed with the manner and decorum as well as the knowledge and willingness to get the info if it wasn't readily available. We would very favorably recommend Toyotatown to friends and family. As a matter of fact, one of our family members kept encouraging us to visit there since he was so very satisfied with his experience leasing/buying his Tundra there. More

Awesome I was in for a regular service, which for me happens every couple of months! I drive 60,000 km a year so knowing they are going to look after my vehic I was in for a regular service, which for me happens every couple of months! I drive 60,000 km a year so knowing they are going to look after my vehicle while I am here is important. Nothing is ever replaced on my RAV without talking to me first, the communication with the service ten is amazing. As usual, the service I received was top notch! More
