My husband and I, along with many members of our families, have dealt with Kelly Karl-Begg for many, many years and we were so excited when Kelly decided to join the Courtesy Ford family! Courtesy families, have dealt with Kelly Karl-Begg for many, many years and we were so excited when Kelly decided to join the Courtesy Ford family! Courtesy Ford’s service department has always been number one on our list for servicing our Ford vehicles. Kelly is our “go to” salesperson for all our vehicle needs. Kelly is 100% there for her customers, whether you are looking to purchase a new vehicle or looking into your options for a future vehicle. She is always available for a quick chat to discuss your needs. She is knowledgeable and knows what is best for her customers. Kelly’s service does not stop when you drive off the lot with your vehicle. She calls to check in to make sure you are enjoying your vehicle or if there are any issues. She also pops into service for a quick hello and to make sure everything is running smoothly when you are waiting for your vehicle to be serviced. We would and have recommend Kelly to all our family and friends. - J&M Edwards More

The floor room was very nice. All staff were very kind. As I was waiting for Kelly - staff would walk by and say hello / can I get you a coffee or tea - I appreciated that. All staff were very kind.
