I bought a brand new Ford Escape in August of 2013. While I have a couple of family members who work for dealerships.. My son had purchased a used Lincoln there a few years before, and spoke very highly of the staff there. I met Graham Townsend on my first visit, and probably drove him crazy.. I test drove the Escape several times within a day or two.. because I was also looking at an Equinox and a Tuscon. Graham was patient and kind, and took my million questions and several test drives all with patience and a sense of humour. I decided to buy the Escape. This was the first step in our relationship. The entire experience was fun, professional, positive and the eventual outcome was me being ecstatic with my decision. I have dropped in on a few occasions to have Graham help me out with a few of the technology issues... (since there is a TON of technology with the Sync features) He is always willing to help me out with a smile and good professional advice. My daughter will be graduating soon, and within a year or so, she will be looking for a brand new vehicle, and our first choice will be Erinwood Ford, and our sales guy will definitely be Graham!! I am always happy to recommend Erinwood to family and friends.. as well, in my day to day business life, I see dozens of people a day, and never hesitate to tell them to head to Erinwood if they are looking to purchase or lease a new/used vehicle. It was clearly the right choice for me.. Graham, you are the best!!!!!! More

I purchased a 2014 Ford Escape SE and he was transparent, knowledgeable, understanding and helpful throughout the whole process. I like that he provided as much detail as possible to ensure I made an informed decision. I even sent him an email with a change at 9:45pm and he surprised me with a prompt phone call! The fact he has a great sence of humour makes the experience even better. If you in the market for a vehicle ask from Graham because he will take care of you. My aunt was looking for a new car. Erinwood Ford had been recommended to my dad by someone who has a friend that works there. My dad, aunt and I went down on a Thursday night with the intention of looking an recommended to my dad by someone who has a friend that works there. My dad, aunt and I went down on a Thursday night with the intention of looking and test driving a Ford Focus. By the end of the night my aunt had bought the car. We went back on the Monday night to pick it up and ended up looking for a car for my mom as well. We back a few days later and test drove some of the cars she liked. Again, we went with the intention to look and ended up buying her car the same night. I needed a car also so my dad and I went online to see some of the used cars they had and found a perfect one for me. We emailed them and they held it for us until we could go take a look at it. We went to look at it and liked what we saw. so I bought it. Needless to say, my family bought 3 cars in 2 weeks. The customer service was great there. The staff were so friendly and helpful and the second we walked through the doors we felt like family. We bought the 3 cars through Graham Townsend and was very helpful and very informative about everything. Any questions we had he answered honestly and made us feel comfortable. If you need anything, Graham is the guy to go to. More

Purchasing my new car was one of the easiest transactions I've had in a long time. Went in on a Thursday to test drive, made payment arrangements on Friday, picked up my new car on Saturday. Our sales rep Graham was amazing (not to mention hilarious). Each person we met through the process of paperwork etc. was super friendly. They genuinely cared that you we happy with your choice. This has by far been the worst dearlership EVER!!! it This has by far been the worst dearlership EVER!!! it took them 6 hrs to get paperwork done for a car, then another 6 at pick up. Never around when you call and NOONE calls you back. Service department doesn't know what there doing! you bring in a car with a problem and they tell you nothing is wrong when it truly is. You need to go back there 10 times to have one thing fixed. NEVER AGAIN!!!! More
