I went to the Courtesy Ford Lincoln Dealership aprox 16 yrs ago to look around and met Kenny Haynes. He helped me lease the first of what has been several cars. I have never felt any pressure to purchase, and that made the experience that much more comfortable. Kenny found me a great car, in my price range and has been helping me out ever since. Kenny gave me a call last week and I have just picked up my new 5 door Focus SE-I love it. Its perfect for my lifestyle. George made the financing very smooth ad easy. I feel very comfortable and respected by all of the employees, from Kenny Haynes in sales, George Anderson in Finance, and all of the people in the service department-they are all very friendly, knowledgable and helpful. Great experience dealing with the staff at Courtesy Ford. Dealing with the sales staff was great. They were professional and courteous, and very knowledgeable with pointing out all the features of the vehicl Dealing with the sales staff was great. When it came time to pick up my new Ford F150, the sales rep took the time to go over everything about the warranties, service schedule, etc. Also set up the blue tooth and demonstrated all the dash and stereo features, before sending me on my way. I'd recommend anybody to give these guys a call before purchasing their next new vehicle. All round great experience.... More
