The General Sales Manager Jeff Treichel, the Finance Manager Chris Martin, and the Sales Representative Eric Anderson were very attentive to my needs as a customer; clear and patient when answering my m Manager Chris Martin, and the Sales Representative Eric Anderson were very attentive to my needs as a customer; clear and patient when answering my many questions and they all, provided opportunities for follow up if there were after the sale concerns, which reinforces a feeling that the service was about “ customer service” and not about “just getting the sale” . I am really enjoying the vehicle and with the exception of a 50-50 response on the effectiveness of blue link on the command start, I have zero complaints. I also understand blue link are their own entity and while connected to Hyundai, Hyundai is not responsible for the effectiveness of the Blue Link application. I will follow up directly with Blue Link. I will miss the power tail gate that I had with my last vehicle but absolutely all other aspects of the vehicle are terrific, the vehicle handles well, has lots of features and looks super sharp! In the future, in all likelihood, I will look forward to an upgrade to the Ultimate plug-in hybrid model. Thank you Winnipeg Hyundai! More
