I called Dave to arrange a meeting, but I was quickly fascinated by his caring personality, professional integrity and genuine desire to create a superior lasting experience for his clients. Dave did not waste any time to suggest a factory order, as he realized that would serve my interest best. In about ten minutes, we finalized the deal including pricing and payment process which were all confirmed by the exchange of a few emails. Dave also arranged for a flawless prep and delivery of the vehicle upon its arrival, and Edie diligently processed the transaction and documentation. Thanks Dave for being Faithful to your clients. Amazing Customer Service From the moment we pulled in and met Sandra, we knew we were in good hands. I noticed a couple things on our test drive and her Manager Dan came out and assured us my concerns would be fixed. (We were buying a used vehicle) He kept to his word and we were exstatic with the way he handled our purchase. Our sales associate Sandra, took her time with us and we never felt pressured at all. Her goal was to make sure we were happy with our purchase. I would highly recommend Sandra as a sales associate, she was an absolute pleasure to work with and made the whole experience enjoyable. A big kudo's to Dan and Edie as well. Everything flowed easily for us and all the staff were remarkable. A fabulous team for sure! First Brand New Car! I bought my first car, a used Ford Fiesta, from this dealership (back when it was Ken Evans Ford). When I felt like I was beginning to outgrow my smal I bought my first car, a used Ford Fiesta, from this dealership (back when it was Ken Evans Ford). When I felt like I was beginning to outgrow my small car I went back to Island Ford to find a car that would better fit my lifestyle. Sandra had sold my parents a truck a couple years earlier, and when they told me about how much they liked her I knew exactly which person to ask for! I told Sandra what I was looking for in a car, a bigger, upgraded hatchback, and my budget and she was able to find me a brand new 2015 Ford Focus with monthly payments that would work for me. I got a great offer for my trade-in Ford Fiesta too! I couldn't be happier with my new car. With my budget, I never thought that I would be able to own a brand-new car but they really made it work for me. I love my ford focus, but if I ever do find myself outgrowing this new car I know that I will go back to Island Ford to find my next one. Highly recommend this dealership and Sandra. Even under physical limitations (ankle/tendon) Dave performed his MC Hammer like moves and had me out of the dealership in a timely fashion. Like always THRILLED with my latest truck. I really believe that Ford should name a dealership in Dave Faithfulls' name as I never say I'm going to Ford- going to see Dave. I recommend him to everyone I can and will continue to do so. I look forward to seeing Edie as well. She is awesome and those two really make the whole experience exceptional!! I truly look forward to seeing them. We've been going steady for over 16 years now. Most of all my Great Dane "IVY" loves her new ride! Year after year......... Blue Jean really makes her eyes pop. Thank you again Dave and Edie!! More
