Dave knows his stuff, he understand trucks and it didn't take any time at all for him to really get what I was after. Suggestions he made made sense and I never got the feeling that he was trying to sell me anything that I did not need or want. Dave helped me make a good decisions about the truck I wanted. He did up the order, gave me accurate time lines and a price I can live with. Dave kept me up to date on the progress of the order and informed me of any milestone, like the day she rolled of the Line in Kansas City. Dave is a pro he made it all look easy. My views are car buying & Dealerships has changed Well after 40 years of driving & buying cars , I have always hated the experience of buying & especially that of Salesmen & finance offices ( known to Well after 40 years of driving & buying cars , I have always hated the experience of buying & especially that of Salesmen & finance offices ( known to me as the hot box';s ) Well since my purchase at Island Ford Superstore that has all changed & I never thought it would -- I have been on the lots of 100's of dealerships in my life & have been attacked by salesmen as if they were a bunch of nats you couldn't swat away with a baseball bat --clearly showing they cared nothing about you , or what you needed or wanted --they saw you as a pay cheque for a sold car - I was actually treated by my sales professional & I will call him that as opposed to salesman , as that is what he was --Dave Faithfull is a god to me --He was finally the professional I, have always looked for when buying a car , something that I never thought I, would never ever ever ever find - but there he was -- I saw him on the lot when I drove up & it was as if he had an aura around him that I have never ever seen before -- Instantly when talking to him , you found he was a man who cared about you & making you happy with your new car purchase experience -- I would now travel across Canada to buy my next car at island ford - just to be able to deal with Dave again -- Trust me he is 1 of a kind , a man who really cares more about you & getting you what you wanted & making you happy with the purchase you made , not just putting a buck in his pocket from a sale -- I cant say enough , the only way for a person can find a car sales professional is to find Dave Faithfull ---now onto the other hot box -- When talking about my experience with Edie Lange in the finance & business area , I could almost mirror what I, said above about Dave in my dealings with Her --Both of them are True caring professionals ---My sincere testimonial Dana Knodel . Edie Lange, who we have dealt with on all our Ford purchases, epitomizes what it means to make a customer feel at ease when dealing with the financial aspects associated with purchasing a vehicle. While we did not have much exposure to Bryan Flynn we found him to be a very pleasant fellow who gave us a reasonable deal on both the trade-in and sale of the car we purchased.
