ToyotaTown regularly gives me the best service of any dealership that I have ever dealt with. Bear in mind that my wife and I have owned 10 new vehicles between us (not Toyotas) up until this one. My car would not start was towed to Toyota Town. Over my 15 years with Toyota Reception always answers my call right away, then I get transferred to service to get voicemail. He explained there were no appointments for two days but said they would try to look at it tomorrow. He provided me his direct line, followed up the next day and the work was completed within two days. I was thankful this happened while I was off from work. Dennis kept me informed, scheduled me a pick up and was very professional. When picking up my car it did not sound right. I returned to him, he showed care came to listen, spoke to the technician, they took it right away to relook at it. Dennis showed me a photo of what else needed to be done, they did it the same day, he provided me with a car so I could get home and followed up again as needed. Way to go Dennis is professional and shows a genuine care wanting to help. Thank you. More
