The one issue I had was that I was charged $299.99 for administration fees on the bill of sale which goes against OMVIC and the dealerships own vehicle pricing listed on their web page. Both state that “all administration fees are included in the advertised price”. Long story short, I was refunded this money by the dealership so no harm no foul. This fee should never have shown up in the Sales Agreement. I would buy from Courtesy Ford again but would be more mindful of additional charges. More

Dee eagerly greeted us as we pulled into the lot and remembered the details of our conversations in months previous. He proceeded to activate the transaction in a very genial manner to best meet our desires, offering a fair deal with no game playing. That was really appreciated! Charles convinced us of the benefits of an extended warranty and offered us a discount which clinched the deal. We enjoyed the courtesy car offered when our new car was a a bit late due to a mechanical problem icon that appeared. They wanted to keep it to thoroughly inspect the car again. We love our new Escape! Thank you everyone, particularly Dee and Charles! You are role models for how every dealership should perform! More
