David Gibbs was assigned to me and we discussed the car I was interested in. There was a conflict between the price listed in Autotrader and on the dealership website. David and the management team stood by the lower advertised price. Very professional. The remainder of the purchasing experience was also just as pleasant. The pricing oversight didn't cause any issues and we still negotiated a fair price. Courtesy Ford also addressed a few minor body repairs and repaired some road-rashed rims at no additional cost. The car was made ready as promised, when promised. A refreshing experience. More
