Worst Experience ever, very incompetent staff, poor service! Will never go back to that dealership, not only was the car sold defective, they would not take it back or even repair it properly. Took multiple service attempts just to swap a set of tires, and over 1 week in service, staff was unable to balance them and install properly. I went to another professional tire shop and they saw the workmanship from Erinwood Ford on my car's tires, they called it "art of butchery". Nevertheless the problem is still not resolved and car is shaking on the highway since new. The vehicle has a mechanical problem which the Erinwood Ford service staff was unable to figure out. Ford of Canada was contacted and are useless as well. Will never buy Ford again and would definitely stay clear of this place. More

I would buy my next vehicle from this Dealer for sure I was in the market for a new F 150 but needed help with the package, colour, features and options. I first went to Yonge and Steeles Ford and met with Howard. Howard wasn't helpful and seemed to belittle me making me feel insignificant. He said " we sell more Trucks than any other dealer in Canada". He asked what I did for a living and after that it was a poker face stand off. So I reached out to a friend in automotive media and he said come with me to Dave's Dealership he will set you up. We arrived Saturday and Dave was bright eyed and bushy tailed. The entire staff seemed to buzzing around with spring spirit. I was introduced to Martin and what can I say, we clicked instantly. He bent over backwards to make the deal happen. He really took an interest in my wants and needs. Both Dave and Martin's personal insight about the F 150 Truck is what sold me and I bought a brand new vehicle that day. Carol in Financing was unbelievable right from the start. I will be back in a couple of weeks to purchase my Truck bed liner from Erinwood Ford they are fantastic. More

PATHETIC CUSTOMER SERVICE I am driving a 2013 Ford Fusion, it is due for renewal in 6 months, I decided to switch to a Ford Edge so went to the dealership. Reception called Viv I am driving a 2013 Ford Fusion, it is due for renewal in 6 months, I decided to switch to a Ford Edge so went to the dealership. Reception called Vivian, she was busy and told me to wait.After 25 minutes I decided to look for the models and payments while waiting & went to the computer in lounge. Tire to turn it on , had to call receptionist for help, it took her 10 minutes to figure out how to turn it on. The computer asked for password which no one seems to know. I asked for sales manager,who told me that Vivian is only available by appointment and handed me to a salesperson who advised me to wait a couple of months and then come back. After wasting an hour and a half I decided to go to another dealership and called Dave Raymond (dealer principal) to let him know the situation at his dealership. Dave replied, "every story has two sides" I thanked him for his answer as I now know the reason for everyone's attitude at the dealer. I went to Meadowvale Ford and left the dealership after 50 minutes with the copy of new Bill of sale in my hand. I will never go back to erinwood ever again! losers ! More
