We went through the pros & cons of keeping my current lease; moving to a new vehicle; sedan vs SUV. Dace was engaged and laid out all of the benefits and drawbacks for all of the decisions. He a=was adept at explaining the vehicles and then got a Dealer Genius involved to do the test drive and explain the subtle details of the new vehicle. All in all Dave was engaged from inception, until after delivery of the vehicle. It was a pleasure to work with him. More

I think there needs to be an option available when one calls the dealership to reach reception. I needed to speak to someone immediately so leaving a voicemail message was not satisfactory. Otherwise, everything in the purchase process from beginning to end was excellent. More
