Once they get your money then that's it. No one got back to me about my issue. Everytime I contact them they just kept saying "end of month". It's been 4 months and have not heard back. Jane in sales, was so very pleasant with getting me set up for my 2022 It is a very welcoming dealership and ready to help you get what you ask for. Jane in sales, was so very pleasant with getting me set up for my 2022 Kia Soul. I highly recommend Jane if you want someone who will be there for you every step of the way. I must also say that Darren the Finance Manager was very pleasant and helped me stay in my budget range. I am very happy with my car and with the kindness of this dealership, in comparison to two other kia dealerships, I’ve leased two vehicles with in the past. I came in to see Danny about a car I saw online. He was very friendly and made me feel welcome. He presented me with a couple of other options in my price range. I didn’t feel pressured in any way..
