Requesting a test-drive was super easy and there was no pressure afterwards (we knew we were going to purchase, though). The dealership took care of everything on our behalf and had the paperwork all prepared for the pickup date. No messing about--they are organised, friendly, and respect the customers. It shows. More

Rob, the Service Advisor was excellent as so is the entire staff. I love that they have a few workstations with WIFI so you can work while waiting. They always make sure I am comfortable and have what I need. I bought my last two vehicles at Toyota mainly for the service, and I'm in the process of buying a third. Service I have been going to Toyota for 5 years for service in Toronto. This location is nothing like that one. Called for 2 days to book an oil change and th I have been going to Toyota for 5 years for service in Toronto. This location is nothing like that one. Called for 2 days to book an oil change and they couldn't even call me back. I've been working out of town and needed my car serviced and they would not help me and did not seem very interested. The service department is excellent and very knowledgeable. Any issues I had with my vehicles were dealt with professionally and skillfully. I just retired my 20 year old 4Runner. The service department of Toyota Town looked after it since the day I purchased it at the dealership. Many times I would have strangers comment how amazing my old truck looked.
