A high recomendation if you are located in London and the surrounding area, worth the drive even if you’re not. With a husband as excited (but not always so patient) as mine, Charbel answered all his texts and calls as we waited for our new GLE 350 AMG 43 coupe. (Worth the wait btw!) He was beyond patient and made up for my husband’s lack thereof. Please take my advice and go see Charbel, located in the southwest corner of Mercedes Benz London. More

He greeted and treated us like family from the moment we test drove the car, during purchase, and after the purchase too. He regularly checks in to see how things are going. He made my car purchasing experience so easy and stress-free! He went above and beyond to make sure I am happy with every little detail and never ever put any pressure on me to make any decisions. He is an incredible human being and one of the best people I have ever worked with! If you are shopping for a new car, don't hesitate to go see him. With both purchases, Charbel made the experience very easy. He took the time to ensure we were comfortable with our decision and didn't pressure us at any point throughout the process. He's very professional, knowledgable and you leave feeling like you've made a new friend which is why I had no problem going back to Charbel for my purchase after my wife's purchase last year. I was actually very close to purchasing an Audi A4 and when it came down to making my decision, Charbel was the difference.
