Prolonged Sales Bill Issuance: The company demonstrates concerning delays in issuing sales bills, causing unwarranted inconvenience to clients. Accuracy Issues in Sales Bills: The sales bills eventually provided are riddled with serious errors, ranging from inaccurate dates to significant omissions in deposit details. Unauthorized Additions: Extra options are incorporated into the service without consent, inflating the final cost by a substantial 16% from the initially agreed-upon amount. Deposit Redemption Challenges: Despite explicit assurances of deposit returns at any stage, the company consistently finds reasons to avoid fulfilling this commitment.
