The buying experience was very good. Jesse Marshall, our Sales Consultant was very friendly and thorough on explaining the features of the EV6 and available through the whole purchasing Jesse Marshall, our Sales Consultant was very friendly and thorough on explaining the features of the EV6 and available through the whole purchasing process. There was no high pressure sales push from Jesse that degraded our purchasing experience. Cesar, the Finance Manager, explained our warranty options and was very good at detailing what was covered. When we picked up the car Andrew sat with us inside and outside the EV6, going through all the features and operation of the vehicle. He was available to spend all the time we needed to understand the operation of the vehicle. Everyone we dealt with at Straightline Kia was very professional and friendly. More

Breach of Commitments: The company makes assurances of dispatching financial documents within a day, yet consistently fails to fulfill this promise even after persistent reminders over four days. Complexities in Deposit Retrieval: Despite numerous requests to issue us a deposit transfer check/receipt and a similar requirement in the legislation, we never received the check/receipt. Prolonged Sales Bill Issuance: The company demonstrates concerning delays in issuing sales bills, causing unwarranted inconvenience to clients. Accuracy Issues in Sales Bills: The sales bills eventually provided are riddled with serious errors, ranging from inaccurate dates to significant omissions in deposit details. Unauthorized Additions: Extra options are incorporated into the service without consent, inflating the final cost by a substantial 16% from the initially agreed-upon amount. Deposit Redemption Challenges: Despite explicit assurances of deposit returns at any stage, the company consistently finds reasons to avoid fulfilling this commitment. Misrepresentation of Financing Information: False claims about securing approval from Kia Finance at a 4.99% rate are made, despite never submitting the application, leading to misinformation about available financing options. Inefficient Time Management: Requests to speak with the general manager result in prolonged wait times, often exceeding an hour, only to be attended by another salesperson. Avoid the frustration and hassle; take your business elsewhere! More
