Danny and Cesar are great people! They are very helpful and knowledgeable. In July, I took a Seltos for a test drive, liked it, bought one. They made the process smooth. The Parts people are very helpful as I bought a full sized spare tire and threw out the useless donut tire. The General Manager greeted me when I bought the car, which impressed me. The others are very polite and courteous and addressed me professionally. These days it is rare to see people in a company following good social manners which Straightline Kia people do daily. The only thing I'd like a change is the test drive process. Just throw me the keys and tell me they'd call the cops when I'm not back in forty minutes! I remember that when I bought my first new car, so long ago, a place far far away. In the Parts Department I have my eyes on a set of nice rims for winter tires!
