A farce from start to finish. Our appointment was with Blair, who couldn't be bothered to deal with us. We were passed on to Cesar . We had a trade in , and while not great credi Our appointment was with Blair, who couldn't be bothered to deal with us. We were passed on to Cesar . We had a trade in , and while not great credit not horrible either. Cesar took more information from us , took my keys and went to look at our car. Came back within 10 mins going to say about 7 mins . Never said anything about our vehicle. Said he would forward our information to the banks for an approval, then put a list of trucks for us to look at. Blair returned to the office ,kinda rushing us out of the office saying he would call us before end of day. We have never heard back from anyone. So would I ever recommend this car dealership to anyone I know , No I would not perhaps other staff would of treated us better and not treated us as second class people. More
