Fantastic Buying Experience! I was in the market for a new truck back in May 2017. I first contacted Ryan Leverette to purchase a used truck, but eventually decided that I would l I was in the market for a new truck back in May 2017. I first contacted Ryan Leverette to purchase a used truck, but eventually decided that I would like a new one. Ryan expertly guided me through the process of custom ordering a brand new 2018 F150 Lariat. There was no pressure, only sound advice and a great discussion that resulted in me getting exactly the truck of my dreams. The final price of the vehicle was very fair, and I also got a very fair trade-in on my Ford Ranger. Bryan Flynn was also great to deal with, and I got to know both him and Ryan not just as salesmen, but two people who were genuinely interested that I get exactly what I wanted, nothing more, and nothing less. When the time came to sign the dotted line, I was dreading going into the Lion's Den of the finance office, but Chris Tarala again treated me with respect, and at no time tried to push extra products on me that I didn't want or need. The entire buying experience with the Island Ford team was beyond reproach, and the truck, well, It has exceeded my expectations ten-fold. I couldn't be more pleased. Thanks guys, you're the best! Undisclosed problem We had bought our Enclave and was told when we took for a test drive it there was a problem with the air conditioning and would be fixed the next day, We had bought our Enclave and was told when we took for a test drive it there was a problem with the air conditioning and would be fixed the next day, that the computer had to re reset and the air to be recharged. A few days after having it I noticed some green liquid leaking and called I thought it was the radiator. I was told to take it to a repair shop since I was 2 hours away from the dealership for a diagnostic and gave our repair shop Island Ford number to call after it was diagnosed. Turned out the hose was blown in the air conditioner which they had to take the whole front end off to change the hose. Told by our repair shop that he tried calling was put on hold for 20 min at a time and didn't get a call back. We needed our car for a planned trip so it was fixed by our repair shop. The green liquid leaking out I was told by our repair shop that it was a dye that was probably put in to see where the problem was and the dealership got a hold of me saying that our repair shop was taking advantage of the situation. I believe that they knew what the problem was and chose not to fix it. My husband continued to call and let numerous messages with no one calling us back. We feel paying 18000.00 for a car and there ridiculous paper work fee and just being blown off is not right and horrible customer service. Then with there in-store insurance! I paid more not knowing it was a private insurance company with the insurance papers printed on ICBC paper, with ICBC I would have paid at least 50.00 less than what I had paid. At no time I was told the insurance was private, what a scam!! Still waiting for them to pay our repair shop. More

Every employee was friendly, polite and considerate even just in passing. There was no high pressure or gimmicky sales techniques. We bought our Chev Silverado there today from Kyle and Bryan. They bent over backwards for us even though it was a used vehicle and not a Ford. Everyone was amazing!
