Thanks God I met Brodie. Couldn't imagine someone would call me in 5 minutes after I just sent a simple email like afternoon on Sunday. Then we made an appointment with Brodie right away. Brodie was calm, polite, professional and honest. Some questions I asked about the car, he would answer I don't know if he didn't and then found out the answer for me. End up we decided to purchased the car so we signed the contract. Never regret to drive 2 hours to see the car. Brodie also arranged shuttle to pick me up at rail station the day I picked my car. I felt everything went smoothly and being taken care. I drove two hours to check out a used car at this location, and I lucked out with Brodie. He had all the answers before I even asked, even though the car I ended up buying wasn't a Ford. Brody was super low-pressure, down-to-earth, and I felt like he genuinely cared about making the deal right. I'm a tough customer, but Brodie got us an awesome deal that shocked me. Even after I bought the car, he kept me posted on its status and made sure everything was good to go while it was being safetied. He even checked in with me afterward to see how I was doing with the new car or had any questions about it. My parents, who've bought a ton of cars over the years, said they've never met anyone who cared as much about their job as Brodie does. His client skills are exceptional and just an all around awesome person to do business with. More
