Buying a car can be stressful, as even myself have had the thought of dealerships putting themselves first. Brandon has completely changed my mind, and could almost be considered a friend. What a class act, professional and tells you how it is. What he can do, what he can't do - but what he will try. Nothing held back, no sneaky writing or lies, Brandon is a true pleasure to work with. I highly recommend you ask for Brandon if you are shopping for a Ford or Lincoln in London Ontario Canada (or surround area). More

2nd Car from the Dynamic duo of Brandon and George When it comes to car shopping it can be a difficult process unless you know who to deal with. That's why I go to Courtesy Ford and ask for Brandon Flonders and then complete my financing through George Anderson. I tell them what I want and they use their years of experience to find & locate the right vehicle and make sure to take the extra time to educate me through the process. I'm also a big fan of the maintenance plan thanks to George, I don't know what I'd do without it now. Helps me budget my vehicle expenses. The best part is I'm getting closer to the end of my lease and look forward to a new ride soon. More

Phenomenal Service We have bought several cars from Brandon and have always done well by him. Kyle has helped tremendously on the service side as well. Had to have some We have bought several cars from Brandon and have always done well by him. Kyle has helped tremendously on the service side as well. Had to have some warranty work done on Lisa’s 2019 MKC and there wasn’t a loaner available so not only did Brandon lend us his personal ride, he also dropped it by the house to swap vehicles when the car was repaired. Couldn’t ask for better service. Keep it up! More
