Don’t waste your time at Hyundai! I tried to lease a Sonata 2022 base model (preferred). They have HARD credit checked me without informing me!! Even when it is not crowded, it took over 2 hours to fini Sonata 2022 base model (preferred). They have HARD credit checked me without informing me!! Even when it is not crowded, it took over 2 hours to finish the process!! They are even not as busy as other brands! They didn’t know what to do and we had to wait for 20mins outside till the salesperson grab the keys! They wasted one week of me and at the end they told me they can't give me a leased car! Only finance! Their finance managers (Jameel and Clint) also don’t know their job and can’t estimate the customer’s situation!! After 3 days they told us that I need a co-signor! And even when I introduced one of my friend with great credit and PR, they refused to give me a lease!! Many of my friends with my situation (newcomer) could have a leased from Toyota and Honda. I have a full-time permanent job with great salary FYI! Not only they didn’t give me a lease, but also lowered my credit SCORE!!!! So disappointed and dissatisfied with their service. I have to go to work in 2-days (in person) which I can’t take a bus. I may lose my job because of HYUNDAI!!!! More

Brandon did not pressure us to buy a new one. After a test drive, a quick evaluation of our vehicle, and an agreeable price, we were done. Two days later we drove away with a very dependable 2018 Santa Fe. Thanks for causing a little less anxiety for us during these very, very stressful times. Stay safe and healthy! More

Brandon and KJ were awesome!!! I had no intention of trading in my 2017 because I thought I would be paying a much higher car payment. I'm glad I went in.
