I purchased a brand-new Hyundai Santa Fe from Winnipeg Hyundai in January. As expected, they were all smiles and extremely accommodating during the sales process. But the moment I needed service, their true colors showed – and let me tell you, it was a nightmare. Within ONE MONTH of owning the vehicle, the tail light burned out, and we noticed an extremely loud wind noise on the highway. When we brought it in for undercoating and hitch wiring, we asked them to check the light and door seal. Instead of addressing these simple issues, they told us we’d need ANOTHER appointment—despite the fact that we live an hour away. The woman at the service desk was shockingly rude and unfriendly, making it clear that customer service is not a priority for this dealership. To make matters worse, the very next day after they installed the hitch wiring, the plug completely fell off! Then, when we came in two weeks later for the "free oil change" and to have the wind noise checked, they took the vehicle for a “test drive” in the city (where wind noise isn’t an issue) and conveniently claimed they “didn’t hear anything.” Instead of taking responsibility and fixing it, they told us to come back on a windy day—again, we live an hour away! And let’s talk about the tail light. They flat-out REFUSED to fix it, claiming it wasn’t covered under warranty because they blamed it on a rock. A brand-new vehicle with a burned-out tail light, and they just brush it off? Absolutely unacceptable. The level of incompetence and lack of care at Winnipeg Hyundai is astounding. Once they have your money, they couldn't care less about you. I am beyond disappointed and will NEVER bring my vehicle here for service again—nor will I ever buy another vehicle from them. If you’re considering this dealership, save yourself the frustration and go elsewhere! More

First of all I am writing this review because Winnipeg Hyundai is by far the Best dealership i have ever dealt with,and i dealt alot of them,I would like to give a big thanks to My sales guy Brady I left Hyundai is by far the Best dealership i have ever dealt with,and i dealt alot of them,I would like to give a big thanks to My sales guy Brady I left Brady a message letting him know I was looking to trade in my car and get into something different,Brady did not take long at all to respond back even though he was busy at work during a sales event going on at Winnipeg Hyundai on portage Ave, Brady advised i should come down and it was an hour before closing,I then said I am on my way I got there around 8:30 pm it left us about 30 minutes before closing but that did not stop Brady from showing me some vehicles and going over all options, I then let him know about a car i was interested in he then went to the sales managers Kaelen and Kevin and showed them my trade they come back with with a great offer with my car i then accepted the offer and went forward with the deal,the sales manager then came and shook my hand along with the finance manager Greg,they are all great guys that made my purchase experience a great one they did not just treat me like a customer but also like a friend, I highly recommend Winnipeg Hyundai for your next vehicle purchase if your looking for a great deal and treated with respect, ask for Brady he will treat you good. UPDATE I was delivered my car today and the detailers did a awesome job cleaning it up Brady called me let be know he would not be at work and congratulated me again on my purchase and if I ever need anything to call him that's what I call good business he then set me up with another sales associate Vladyslav Ihnatov to deliver my new car and fill me in on everything I need to know definitely another good salesman employee of Winnipeg Hyundai Thank you again, but anyways I gotta go now I got to break in that new engine, see you soon when I do my maintenance.:) Mike More
