I originally called the dealership and spoke to Bob Gilbert about two 2013 grey Toyota Corol I have many people to thank for my excellent experience. I originally called the dealership and spoke to Bob Gilbert about two 2013 grey Toyota Corollas I had seen online. We agreed to meet the next afternoon to look at and test drive the vehicles. Bob was prompt to our appointment and knowledgeable about the cars. My friend and I thoroughly checked out both Corollas and then we sat down for negotiations. I was trading in a 2002 Toyota Corolla that I bought new at Scarborough Toyota 14 years ago. Bob asked me if I remembered the name of the fellow who sold it to me and, presto, there was Peter Popovski - my sales rep from 14 years ago! Peter has been the manager at Toyota on the Park for the last 5 months and I thoroughly enjoyed dealing with both Bob and Peter on this sale. Although I was not familiar with all the nuances of buying a used car, they answered all of our questions and gave me the best deal possible. Upstairs, Ali Nikpour handled all of the paperwork and warranty details with despatch. When I picked up my 2013 Corolla this morning, Ali again worked his magic very quickly, Peter answered a tricky question and Bob explained everything I needed to know about my 2013 car and the dealership. I am a thoroughly satisfied customer and would recommend Toyota on the Park to all of my friends. More

Was very helpful in guiding us through the sales process and was there for further instruction when we picked up the car. All in all a very pleasant experience in a well kept dealership. A final bonus was the multiple tokens given for free car washes to keep our vehicle look sharp. Benni helped us with the extended warranty and we did buy this extra protection, hope we made the right decision. She was very knowledgeable about the product. More
