At the time we were doing a trade-in (2006 Toyota corolla for the rav4) he helped us every step of the way eventually came to a reasonable deal, so the paperwork began, the point is that Bob is a very helpful and understanding sales advisor, so if you want to buy a Toyota go to toyota on the park and ask for bob. :). Before I came to this dealership I was doing a lot of research online about buying a used car. This would be my first car in Canada and I wanted something used but in good condition. When the time came to buy the car, my fiancé suggested that we visit this dealership since she and her sister had also bought cars from here, when it was at another location. By this time I had already narrowed it down to a Toyota but I wasn't sure what to get. This is where Bob came in. He greeted us as a friend from the first moment we met. He showed us a list of cars within the price range I was looking for, we discussed what I would like the car to have and then we went out and saw 2 potential cars. I bought one of them! Bob was amazing helping us to bring down the price, discuss affordable payment options and taking care of all the necessary paperwork. All I had to do is show up with my drivers license and a credit card! I got a 2012 Corolla CE at a great price with all the features that I wanted. The car is in perfect condition, it needed some minor paint touch ups and the only issue is a back right speaker problem which Bob mentioned will be fixed at no charge. My fiancé and I are very happy with this dealership and especially with Bob. His goal is to make the customer happy with their purchase and not just sell them a car. I would definitely recommend coming here and asking for Bob. More

this was my second car purchase from a dealership, and compared to the first one, this was a whole new experience. bob was very friendly from beginning to start, and he helped me feel very reassured in my compared to the first one, this was a whole new experience. bob was very friendly from beginning to start, and he helped me feel very reassured in my purchase. rather than dealing with a sales consultant who pushed a vehicle for the sake of making a sale, bob was very understanding to what it's like as a purchaser, and emphasized every sale is big purchase for the customer, and it's about the feeling of getting a new vehicle that's right for that person, and walking away pleased, without any remorse in getting something they didn't want/need. he didn't push anything outside of my needs. it wasn't a high pressure experience. on the contrary, i told him i was looking at different vehicles at different dealerships, and he didn't mind at all. he just wanted me to buy what was right for me. even though i bought a mazda, from the toyota dealership, and even though bob didn't usually deal with used vehicles, he helped as much as he could. the car had a few nicks and ticks on it, and he even helped me try to fix those as best he could, at no extra charge at all. he answered whatever questions he was capable of, and helped with the smooth and timely transaction, including plate transfers, and the paper work, etc. i would definitely recommend bob to anyone looking for a new car. he proves that high pressure sales techniques never work, and customers will always appreciate a genuine consultant trying to help them make the "RIGHT" purchase. thanks to bob, and all the staff at toyota on the park! was definitely a great experience. two thumbs up to bob! More
