This was an amazing experience, I wasn’t prepared to car shop, but an unfortunate experience left me looking. To say that I was satisfied with the customer service would be an understatement. Ben was excellent to deal with for our 2024 Telluride purchase. The transaction was easy, he spent the time during the test drive and delivery to go through the many, many features - which can be a littl purchase. I think my family and I met virtually the entire team of Cody, Cesar, Rick, Cat, Darren and many more. Ben Stromner was an amazing sales person. I was in one day to ask help with a setting on my2021 Kia Soul ex. Ben did not hesitate but came right to my car and helped me reset the computer he I was in one day to ask help with a setting on my2021 Kia Soul ex. Ben did not hesitate but came right to my car and helped me reset the computer he mentioned that this was the final year for Soul production. I wanted a new Soul when I bought mine second hand but still wanted a new one. I continued to be in touch with Ben and ended up with the new Soul GT. From start to finish he was very knowledgeable no pressure and very patient. I am very senior and appreciate his diligence. This is the best service I have ever experienced in a car sales department.
