The transaction was easy, he spent the time during the test drive and delivery to go through the many, many features - which can be a littl purchase. Ben Stromner was an amazing sales person. I was in one day to ask help with a setting on my2021 Kia Soul ex. Ben did not hesitate but came right to my car and helped me reset the computer he I was in one day to ask help with a setting on my2021 Kia Soul ex. Ben did not hesitate but came right to my car and helped me reset the computer he mentioned that this was the final year for Soul production. I wanted a new Soul when I bought mine second hand but still wanted a new one. I continued to be in touch with Ben and ended up with the new Soul GT. From start to finish he was very knowledgeable no pressure and very patient. I am very senior and appreciate his diligence. This is the best service I have ever experienced in a car sales department.
