The service department at Toyotatown is amazing. I have tried another but no comparison. Toyotatown is efficient, friendly, don’t try to have me replace unneeded items and keep my Venza in on top sh I have tried another but no comparison. A 45 minute oil changed into two hours because they lost track of my truck and got it mixed up with somebody else’s. after dealing with that i got into my truck to find a receipt in my cup holder worth over track of my truck and got it mixed up with somebody else’s. after dealing with that i got into my truck to find a receipt in my cup holder worth over $500 to someplace I haven’t been to in 12 years or more. Pretty sure it took so long because they were letting somebody drive my truck around or look at it since they don’t have any on the lot. They asked for the receipt but I wouldn’t give it to them hopefully The customer doesn’t have to return their stuff because they don’t have a receipt. More

I was welcomed so warmly by Jason who is a service advisor. From the get go, he demonstrated the highest level of technical competence and professionalism. He was very friendly, was willing to go the extra mile which I very much appreciate. The issues being exhibited by my vehicle was quickly diagnosed and repaired without an appointment. I will always recommend this dealership to friends. Because of him, I am in the process of buying a new Highlander from this dealership.
