In transitioning towards retirement, we had downsized from a large house and, now, from a large van. In addition to Kia's rating of excellence, leading warranty, and enticing financing, the Kia Soul Ex+ that we purchased had all of the features we wanted at a competitive price. Happy new car buyer!! After numerous issues with past used cars, I finally had a chance to look at a new car. The first person that greeted us was the fabulous Mike Peters After numerous issues with past used cars, I finally had a chance to look at a new car. The first person that greeted us was the fabulous Mike Peters. He made us feel like family. No questions asked, he put us right in a Soul. It was fantastic. I wanted to try out some other vehicles, but in the meantime messaged to Turpin some questions an likes. That evening we went around to a couple other dealers. My hope to have a good experience buying a car was heading quickly out the window. When I got home and checked the ratings of those other dealers, I knew they earned the 3.1 and the 2 ratings they had. Andre messaged be the next morning to let me know the EXACT car I was interested in just came in the lot. I was thrilled. Had an appointment to talk numbers the next day. And low an behold I was into my very first brand new car. I cannot thank the boys at Turpin enough. They know their customer service and strive to make you happy. They have certainly deserved the 4.9 rating they have. I will not be surprised to see a 5 there in the future. I look forward to seeing them on up coming visits. More
