Very happy with the sales experience at Turpin After being 'soured' by another KIA dealer I started visiting alternate KIA dealers starting with the closest one Turpin. I was greeted in a friendly and non pushy manner in an earlier exploratory visit and when I was ready to actually purchase a Sedona I went back to them. I was informed that the gentleman I had dealt with earlier had left the dealership, but Jody was ready to step in and answer all of my questions. I left with a first quote with more information promised later that day via email. The email arrived the next day, but it made me smile as the amount for my trade-in fell in line in the range I was expecting and an additional discount had also been included. When I compared this to the other quote I had in hand, I was pretty sure Turpin would be where a transaction would occur. They tried to locate a winter tire package for me, but I am pretty particular about winter tires and I wanted Michelin's X-ICE tires based upon previous use of these. The package was not available. André (manager) made the expected usual up-sell offers to me and I declined all but the winter mats. There was not much back and forth as the price suited me fine. Since it was a cash purchase I tried to do an e-transfer from my bank... Turpin could not accept that... they wanted a certified cheque ...we settled on a bank draft which took 8 days to arrive from my virtual bank. The van was ready for me and all looked great, the hitch and mats were in/on the vehicle. Jody took her time and explained many of the features to me. I was very happy with the delivery experience. Since I had my previous vehicle serviced there a couple of times I knew that the service would also be excellent. From start to finish I was very happy to deal with Turpin, and would definitely recommend even without the incentives. More

Upon arrival we met Mike who gave us lots of info on the Kia Sportage. We went for a drive in one and LOVED it. Andre Andre went above and beyond by rushing to accommodate a fast pick-up date change when my dear old Betsy started dropping parts on the highway!! I would not hesitate to recommend Turpin Kia to anyone searching for a new or used vehicle. The attentive personal attention made me think of my mom (who sold cars for over 30 years). Everyone that I have met at the dealership stands up to the high standards of service that I have grown to expect. There is definitely a "we care" attitude among the staff. Our first contact was with Steve Woito, who walked my husband around the Sedona outlining all the amazing features of the 2018 model. Steve gave my husband the keys and suggested that he should drive it home so I could take a look at it. After we did a bit of research on our own we realized that Turpin Kia was the place to buy our new car. Returning the next day we had a great test drive with Steve who again pointed out all the automatic features of the Sedona. Later we met with Andre Smith who went over the purchase policy and the trade in allowances and the rebates avaliable to us. Once we decided on our purchase terms we then picked up our new Kia.
