Not knowing what I wanted exactly, Fern let me test drive a few of the cars and explained the benefits of each vehicle. I left not buying a car at the time because I "wanted to look around".. After going through the hassle of being ignored or talked down to by other salespeople I of course came back and bought a car from Fern who once again had the patience and kindness to let me test drive a couple more vehicles just so I was sure of what I wanted. I would definitely recommend this place, everyone is so nice and very knowledgeable and Andre in financing was super fast and efficient with the paperwork. Great place to shop if your looking for a vehicle....no need to look around !!! More

Our sales person Jody Ferguson was personable and was able to answer every question I had about the model and various trim levels I was interested in and the process. Jody was also flexible on appointment times. (I was travelling from the east end of Ottawa to go to this particular dealership and to this particular sales rep based on reading reviews on this site.) The Sales Manager, Andre, was also happy to answer all questions and explain anything I didn't understand. Since they didn't have the exact colour we wanted, he looked around and provided alterative colour options as well. He made suggestions without being pushy. I walked away happy with my price - I believe, based on what I've read, that it was fair. When we arrived to pick up our car, it was freshly washed and out front. Paperwork was all in order - so it was a quick in-and-out visit of about a half hour to get back out on the road. Perfect! We look forward to the ongoing maintenance experience with this dealership - and we love our new vehicle! More
