They listened to what we needed/wanted and helped us every step of the way. Kalila (the finance lady) was super professional and answered all our questions with the finance part. Again, we didn’t feel rushed or like they had to move onto the next customer. Alana texted the next day to see how we liked our 2024 Kona, and we love it! This whole team rocks!
