We first serviced our F350 here last year and noticed how everyone was so welcoming and friendly;fast forward a year and we were in the market for another truck, we first were thinking of getting an F150 and talked to Natalie on the phone. We decided that we wanted to go for the Maverick instead. She was super easy to talk to and made us feel welcomed. Then we visited the dealership and there was the exact 2025 Maverick on the lot that we wanted. Alex was super helpful with getting our XPlan sorted and getting a trade in value on our old car and Kristine in financing was fun to deal with (lots of laughs)! There was a little hiccup with the 3M application, but the whole team went above and beyond by not only making sure that we were taken care of of with a loaner vehicle while the 3M was fixed, they also gave us a Keg Gift card for the inconvenience. They really went the extra mile to ensure that everything was as perfect as could be and gave us so many enjoyable laughs along the way. Cam Clark has gained a customer for life and we appreciate all that was done to make us satisfied and happy. (We aren’t easy people to deal with, so these folks really earned it!) More

At first things weren't going too well, had a deposit paid on a vehicle to be delivered to the site where i was dealing with and they sold it after deposit was paid. That did not fly well with the management, they wanted to make it right as this is not the way they treat customers. The GM made a personal call to me and invited me back to discuss other options. After all was said and done I am happy to say we made a deal that was right for me. They put me in a newer vehicle with similar mileage, more options and most of all the same price range. From the sales, to finance, to the mechanics and the detailers we made it happen in a very short window I had to make it happen. 2 thumbs up to this dealership and their team. I definitely recommend them if you are looking for a vehicle, new or used. More
