Excellent customer service Overall, I am more than happy with the customer service provided by this dealership. I leased a 2019 BMW 440i from this dealership. I got the car 3 m Overall, I am more than happy with the customer service provided by this dealership. I leased a 2019 BMW 440i from this dealership. I got the car 3 months after the order since it was completely custom made. From the very first moment I walked into this dealership I felt at home! There was no rush in anything and I did not feel like someone is nonstop pushing me to sign a contract. They were always there with an authentic smile on their face making sure I get the right car closest to what I have in mind. I also got a crazy deal with them being about 100$/month less than other BMW dealerships best offer! I was very concerned about the delivery date since I wanted to have the car right before a long weekend in which my out-of-country guests were supposed to arrive. Adam was as patient as possible dealing with my non-stop follow ups while providing me with all the information I needed. The only bummers for the dealership were: 1- My front plate was attached a little bit misaligned (which you would never expect to happen when buying a BMW worth of 85k CAD) 2- There was very minor scratches on my central black piano trim which were barely noticable with naked eyes On the bright side, the dealership took responsibility of the above as soon as I complained about them and both issues were resolved in an acceptable timing. Again, the customer service you would get from this dealership is real! If I am going to get a second BMW, I would not even bother thinking about were I should go to!
