Pleinement satisfait de ma dernière visite , de problème a été résolu , le service était vraiment parfait et a la hauteur , Monsieur Pierre était vraiment gentil et serviable .

Date: August 13 2026 7h30Am Reason: parts warranty control arm strut rod glk 350 2013. If you don't value your car and life go to MB west island to get it service. I got approved for warranty because my right strut rod bushing was leaking, so fast forward i bring my car , they replace the control and do the alignment but mind you I've told them it should be replaced in pair but they only replace one side knowing the left side was failling but bushing wasn't leaking so gor them it's okay 🤣 They didn't even try to reach out to Mercedes warranty to see if they can replace both side because I'll have handling , wandering and stability problems if they replace only one side . I don't think Mercedes would've refuse i mean I've bought it so it can last like the older one and it was defective but mb west island did nothing and indeed when I received my car, on the highway car wanders etc, one side is tight and the other is not. To put the icing on the cake , i don't know who did it but my lower control ( new lemforder brand tighten at ride height stage 1 torque: 120NM I think and stage 2 torque: 180°) but bolts were loose ( see picture) when i got the car back 🤣 it was making thumping noise etc, the smart guy 🤣 who did it, round of applause, i don't know why he did it but the almighty never sleeps because that part had nothing to do with the warranty strut rod, I did not even try to go back bc it's pointless. I've tighten it back and noise when away. I've reach out To MB Canada to explain the situation i think they'll say they cannot do anything bc it's a private dealer but we'll see. Silver star Mercedes is 1000x better for and there's an excellent shop called spécialiste eurototech ask for Mehmet

Terrible service…incompetent mechanics…can’t tell you how many times I need to go back the next day for a problem they think they fixed and charged me for only to find out that was never the problem to begin with. They are supposed to give you a courtesy car while yours is in for repair as per agreed to when we purchased our 2 Mercedes only to find out they never have any cars available. The great service technicians leave this Laval dealership and only the incompetent ones stay on. Never buying another Mercedes…BMW here I come.

Mauvaise expérience ventes / Bad experience with pre-owned sales. Sébastien, sales rep took a deposit to hold a vehicle for me ahead of test driving it as I lived out of town. He would not reimburse it when I changed my mind shortly after apparently because they had started some repairs on it. Glad I didn’t purchase from them. Avoid them at all costs, had a much better experience in St. Agathes-des-Monts, and a 5* AMAZING experience with Mercedes Mississauga on Mavis Rd.

I hope this doesn't happen to all their customers, but my experience with this dealership is a bad one. I'm not going to comment on their prices too much, they're not horrible and the personnel isn't exactly "unfriendly" but they just don't give a damn about you. If you have a question about your lease, forget about it. My lease was ending in less then a month so I decided to give them a call to get an estimate to extend the lease just to see, and also where and when I need to drop my Volvo off. It took me the whole month to actually get in touch with a person that knew anything. The secretary just kept transferring me to different people that never answered their business or cell phones and never called me back despite many messages I had left. I finally somehow luckily got in touch just before my lease ended. I was very frustrated and tired of this dealership so I decided to go for a different brand of car because I can't take cooperating with them any more. Definitely not a pleasant experience. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND.

A complete comedy of errors from start to finish. Chaos and broken promises that have yet to be resolved. The best part of dealing with this purchase is that the dealership tries to put the blame on anyone else except themselves. If you like to gamble, go ahead and take a chance, buy a car from them.
