Dishonest Dealer – Avoid if possible The car was under the ‘new’ section of the website. During the negotiation phase it was discovered that the vehicle was a demo with “7775 km”. I was verbally told that the ‘new’ section of the website. During the negotiation phase it was discovered that the vehicle was a demo with “7775 km”. I was verbally told that the warranty period started when I took possession, same as GM. When signing the delivery paperwork, I discovered the warranty started months, and thousands of km ago. Upon receiving the vehicle realized actual milage was over 11 100 km. I requested that we negotiate some middle ground and that they redo the paperwork with correct milage, they refused. Requested to speak to a manager multiple times and was told they were too busy. Every employee was late to every meeting, Sales rep, Finance person, Delivery person. Zero respect for people’s time.
