March 2024 update - I was so impressed by how they helped me yesterday and how amazing they have always been since I have been a client that I came to make a review on Google and saw that I made one 6 years ago. Let me say again --This is the service centre to use. Alisha who I mention below is now the Service Manager and that is NO SURPRISE.....Amanda is now my service agent and I can tell she has had the best training from the best people........Alisha - no matter how busy she is still has time to make me feel like a valued client. I trust her and her associates. They do not gouge me in pricing. They are always trying to find a way to discount things to make anything that needs to be done on ALL my Toyota vehicles affordable. Their standard of excellence is so high - I have never left unsatisfied!! Original Google Review: 2018 - When I bought my first Toyota from a dealership friend in Georgetown 2014 I had to find a place to service my vehicle closer to home. I tried the dealership at Toyota on the Park and I have never looked back. I have never been happier with their service and must say that my personal service consultant Alishah is the reason I now own ALL Toyotas for both my personal life and for my business needs. Toyota stands apart from other vehicles on many levels but if you dont have good service it can completely change everything. She was the deciding factor to change over all my vehicles to Toyotas.

I had an unfortunate scrape on the side of my car. I took it to Scarborough Toyota and Shazir Karim my Senior Collision Repair Consultant and his team did a wonderful job fixing a small dent and the accompanying scrapes. The job was done to perfection and the paint matching was stunning. I couldn't be happier! They also buffed out a few small marks and made the car look like new! I highly recommend the work they do at Scarborough Toyota Collision Repair Center! Shazir Karim made sure I was 100% satisfied with the bodywork before leaving. From start to finish it was a wonderful experience, with exceptional professional customer service and customer focus. As an unexpected bonus, they washed and cleaned my car inside and out!

May 1,2024 This time (my second time at Brimell) I had an appointment 1:15PM; though, i came early, I was welcomed to drive my car inside; Cat, as usual was very accommodating with a smile; she sent me to Vejay,,, and the process began;while waiting and watching the very educational car care tips,,, a kind and beautiful lady came, introduced herself; her name is Stephany; she was asking if i am okay, happy with the Brimell service staff; and if i am happy with my car; and some fun staff; she asked me who my service advisor, and i said it's Vejay; she said "oh! Vejay is awesome!" and i definitely agreed to her; my car was done (tire swap and oil change and "multi point inspection" done),,, thank you so much to Philip Sojor and Varun Gopinath and SA Vejay Saniasy for the wonderful team work! I am so happy i changed my car service location to yours! and oh! Vejay even made my day! he gave this elderly lady a discount of $30 on my bill! THANK YOU BRIMELL TEAM !!! My wife and I bring both of our vehicles to North Bay Toyota. I bought my Tundra (used) but new to me here. The experience was excellent and any little bugs were addressed immediately. The service is exceptional. Everyone is very friendly and knowledgeable. We are both very happy to have our vehicles taken care of here. Very understanding people, awesome troubleshooting skills. Wonderful staff across the board. Lynn is an exceptional service advisor, a very nice person, really hardworking. Peter is an excellent Service Manager. For a very busy individual he tries super hard to understand everyone on a one on one basis. Rob in sales was a very nice person to deal with, he made us feel very comfortable about buying my used truck. And all the other staff that we do not know the name of are very helpful and friendly. my wife and I are very grateful for the friendliness and smiles and understanding we get every time we walk in to North Bay Toyota. We sometimes waited and other times left the vehicle, both ways were dealt with professionally .

Highly recommend the professionalism of this entire team. Mark Dorcas went above and beyond to expedite the repairs on my truck and ensure I had it back before the holidays. I even got it a day earlier than anticipated! Their care and concern for my vehicle was also extended to my well being. His team mates were quick to answer my questions when Mark was busy with another customer. They all knew what was happening and what stage my repairs were at any time I called. It really set my mind at ease. I can't thank Mark enough for his time, effort, energy and genuinely caring nature.

I have been dealing with Erin Park Toyota for the past several years. At my first service appointment I meet service advisor Mario D'Souza and I have not taken both our Toyota cars to any other repair shop since then. I always make sure Mario is working when booking an appointment for I know the cars will be looked after. Mario always explains what is going to be worked in a clear and understandable way unlike the last Toyota dealership I dealt with where I always felt they were trying to upsell some extra service. Thanks Erin Park, but especially Mario for looking after our automotive needs.

Decent service and moderate wait times. Sadly, they have discontinued the discount for senior citizens. It wasn't a lot, but every bit helps when you are on a fixed income. Very disappointing. I will look elsewhere for service with the senior discount.

To my surprise, just 30 minutes later, I received a call from a customer service representative stating that I had two nails in my tires that needed immediate attention. This incident deeply unsettled me because it felt eerily similar to a situation I had encountered five years ago with my previous car when I visited the same dealership for an oil change. Once again, I was informed about having two nails in my tires that required fixing. The persistent repetition of this pattern raises suspicions, leaving me uncertain whether it's an astonishing coincidence or an attempt by someone at the dealership to earn extra money. Although I lack concrete evidence, the consistent occurrence of this issue during my visits to Thornhill Toyota has left me dissatisfied with the level of trust and transparency at the dealership. I expected a reputable dealership like Thornhill Toyota to prioritize the welfare of their customers and their vehicles. However, this recurring situation has left me questioning their integrity. While I cannot definitively accuse anyone at the dealership of unethical behavior without concrete evidence, I believe it is crucial to share my experiences to ensure that others are aware and can make informed decisions. The last thing any vehicle owner wants is to feel taken advantage of or deceived by the very people they trust to care for their cars. Unfortunately, Thornhill Toyota's repeated occurrences of suggesting tire repairs during oil change appointments have left a sour taste in my mouth. 1. 2023 Rav4 hybrid with dash cam. 3 people at the dealership were unable t help me access my cam footage. I had to google it and figure it out myself. 2. Made an appointment for my 8000km service, minor service. Was told it would take 3 hours minimum and no shuttle offered as I do not live in Guelph. 3 hours for tire rotation and alignment? 3. Was trying to get a remote starter for my car and to book the install as well as a tire swap. I tried calling service for a week and could never get through. I spoke with reception who told me they are short staffed and only had 2 people working and that they have to help customers onsite as well as handle calls. ( sorry not my problem you have a staffing issue) 4. Wanted to have remote starter installed. My salesman said Toyota brand not in stock and for me to reach out to him monthly. I did and was always told not in stock. He mentioned an after market one available. I reached out to him 3 times via text, texts were read he never responded, even to the message saying that I was going to look for another dealer to help me (thanks for nothing Moe). You got the sale and that’s obviously all you were interested in. Their own dealer told me there is no Toyota remote starter available for the Ravs that use keys to start, only keyless and that I would have to go with the aftermarket one. This information was provided to me by the parts person at the Guelph location. You would think that if Moe actually looked into it for me that he would have known this instead of making me wait several months to find this out. 5. I left a message with reception to have the owner of the dealership contact me so that he is aware of what a gong show his dealership is…………stay tuned for update.

Arrived at 10:30 yesterday and was met by Grace . From that point on the, Grace treated us like family. Extremely cordial, and helpful in getting us signed in. She explained what the service entails including all costs. She also recommended a few other issues to which I agreed. After having a very pleasant conversation, including a number of laughs and pleasantries, she directed us to the shuttle booth to arrange a trip to the mall. The shuttle attendant and the coffee staff were also extremely pleasant.

Was told the price of the service was $365.00 +taxes. Cost was $ 1,200.00 + taxes. Service manager Tony the Service Manager was not truthful in his estimate over the phone. Then he signed the call sheet that I had approved the cost. Not true. I approved the work had to be done but not the price I received at pickup. I have been at this dealership for nine years. I will be looking for another dealer to service my car.

Took our sonata in for electrical diagnosis. We're told we needed a new sensor that would cost around $2000. My wife paid the $400 plus diagnostic costs and was told the part would be ordered and should be received in 2 days. She dropped the car off for installation two days later and only to find out after she had dropped the car and come home and we got a phone call and when the car was supposed to be ready that the part had never been ordered because we failed to pay for it in advance. She was never told that we were required to pay for the part in advance. Totally frustrating really bad lack of service and very Unapologetic about the whole process definitely not a place I will recommend to anybody.
