I had a truly positive experience purchasing my certified - Dds.ashkanbayat

I had a truly positive experience purchasing my certified pre-owned 2024 Nissan Sentra from Village Nissan, and I’m very grateful to Krystal Liu for how she handled the entire process. What stood out the most was her patience. She gave me plenty of time to carefully inspect the car in detail, down to every inch, without ever making me feel rushed. That made a big difference in helping me feel confident in my decision. She was also very open and responsive to all my questions, and I never felt any pressure to move forward. Her approach was calm, respectful, and genuinely supportive. Krystal worked with me around my budget and made a real effort to find a price point that worked for me. It felt like she was on my side throughout the process, which is not something I experienced at other dealerships. The management and finance team were also helpful, and I’m happy with the platinum package that was offered. It’s been about three weeks since my purchase, and I’m still very happy. Thank you, Krystal, for your patience and professionalism.

I bought a new Nissan Qashqai in 2020 from them (lease - Dan S

I bought a new Nissan Qashqai in 2020 from them (lease with 200km) and I noticed the AC was a bit weak but not bothering to investigate since still doing the job. This summer (2023) the AC became so weak making me sweat at max AC. Brought the car to the dealer, they said need to order parts (condenser and pipe) and meantime they added some freon to make me go till parts come in (BUT NOT signing this in the work papers). After a few delays 'till September (all summer with better AC but still weak) they got me in with parts available BUT THEY SAID the regular freon R1234YF is contaminated with R152A. I didn't add elsewhere this freon or other freon ever - so it's my word against theirs. SO I SAID you either added before I bought the car knowingly the AC issues and added freon sealant OR added at this summer visit. Forced me to go elsewhere to remove it (money, time and stress spent) so they finally solved it without additional charge. BESIDES, Customer Service said it's my fault!!! WHAT CAN I SAY ? the customer is never right! I HOPE GOD WILL MAKE JUSTICE on this!!! Maybe recording any call and gathering all the paper would have helped... VERY VERY DISAPPOINTED! NEVER GO THERE and maybe never buy a Nissan!

I am not rating the product, I am very happen with the - pjringle

I am not rating the product, I am very happen with the new rock creek rogue, I love nussan vehicles, this is number 5 i have purchased over the years, this is rating the dealership. their service to get you to buy was great, but once the sale is completed it is like you do not exist. calls not returned, even though arrangements were made for them to call and avise to correct a few minor things, all the promises in the world made but not kept. I had to keep calling or visiting the dealership to follow up myself. Not the level of after sales service i am used to expect. I have moved to another nissan dealership for service , purchases and any warranty if required. By all means I reccomend buying a Nissan, just choose a more professional and customer dedicated dealership. Once they have your money you will be forgotten. Kevin Rallings Richmond Hill

This is my second vechile from Airport Nissan. - nbcella

This is my second vechile from Airport Nissan. I just returned my Nissan 2023 Qashqai and leased a 2025 Rogue S. Main reason was my trust with the Financial Advisor Raymond Borg and the rest of the staff was very helpful. I highly recommend him to my friends and family.

Took my youngest daughter to get her first new car and - Kwatch

Took my youngest daughter to get her first new car and she was handled so well with caring and respect, her husband and herself took a few cars out and decided on a 2026 Kicks SV Great service and understanding by her salesman Dustin and sales manager Dan Whissell, both amazing people and made it feel great for her which we appreciate greatly. Much success to both these fine men and the dealership. I also go a good distance to get my Rogue serviced there and always am impressed.

Zero stars for management and customer caring. - Fadi Ibrahim

Zero stars for management and customer caring. I brought my 2024 Nissan Rogue to Nissan of Windsor for a brake issue. To get warranty coverage, I had to prove my brakes were properly maintained. Luckily, I had documentation showing they were previously serviced at Nissan Waterloo. On October 15th, Nissan of Windsor serviced the vehicle, but the problem wasn't solved, forcing me to return the same day. They booked me a follow-up appointment for today, October 20th. When I arrived, they demanded I approve a $169 diagnostic fee if the issue wasn't covered. They claimed that because the front brakes weren't machined at their specific location, it might not be covered—completely dismissing the fact that the work was done at another authorized Nissan dealership (Waterloo). I was prepared to purchase winter tires and a $5,000+ extended warranty today. Instead, because they chose to nickel-and-dime me over a $169 fee on a vehicle still under factory warranty, they lost thousands of dollars in business. Management did not seem to care at all about losing a customer. The service advisor and mechanic were actually awesome, friendly, and understanding—they were just following orders. However, due to rigid, uncaring management and poor communication, I will never return to Nissan of Windsor. — Fadi Ibrahim (Oct 20, 2026)

I visited Clarington Nissan on August 7, 2026 to - Vern

I visited Clarington Nissan on August 7, 2026 to test‑drive a used 2015 Mazda3 GS (VIN 3MZBM1V78FM140020, stock TL429376A) that the dealership was actively advertising as available for $10,911. Clarington Nissan removed the ad from their webpage at the time of writing this review, but the Car Guru ad remains posted. We were shown the vehicle, allowed to complete a full test drive, and told it was available for purchase. At no point before or during the test drive did anyone indicate the vehicle was sold, reserved, or unavailable. When we returned from the test drive, the Director of Operations, Sean Williamson, informed us that the vehicle was “sold to a friend” and that we could not buy it. This was the first time we were told the vehicle was not available, despite the dealership continuing to advertise it publicly. Being allowed to test‑drive a vehicle that leadership already knew would not be sold to us is unprofessional and misleading. It wasted our time and demonstrated a lack of transparency in how this dealership handles customers. Based on this experience, I would strongly recommend not doing business with Clarington Nissan.

I just purchased a used Mazda from the Belleville Nissan - stewmar67

I brought my car in for service at Milton Nissan and was - Dave

I brought my car in for service at Milton Nissan and was quoted $7,500 for a laundry list of repairs. When I said it wasn't worth it, they offered me $500 for it as scrape. I drove down two driveways to Kal Tire and was quoted $1,700... It's been a year since Kal Tire fixed my car and it runs perfectly. Never going anywhere near Milton Nissan again.

Sold me a lemon with a broken exhaust and a transmission - Angrycustomer

Sold me a lemon with a broken exhaust and a transmission that fell apaft in 6 months. Its a 2019 with under 140k on it. Also have some pretty sketchy (and possibly illegal) sales tactics. Dont expect any decent customer service

Chris in sales walked us through the process with - grdenstedt

Chris in sales walked us through the process with patience and understanding. Amir then did the financial part of the transaction. Both gentlemen were knowledgeable and took the time to explain everything. Wonderful dealership and fabulous staff, they both went above and beyond to help us get the perfect vehicle. Would recommend this dealership to friends and family without hesitation.

Exceptional Service and an Amazing Experience! - JasonGold

Exceptional Service and an Amazing Experience! I recently purchased a vehicle from Rendez-Vous Nissan and couldn’t be happier with the experience. From the moment I walked in, the team made me feel welcome and valued. The sales consultant was knowledgeable, patient, and truly listened to what I needed. They walked me through every step—from vehicle selection to financing—without pressure. What stood out the most was the transparency, attention to detail, and how smoothly everything was handled. The vehicle was delivered in perfect condition, and they even followed up afterward to make sure I was satisfied. This is how car buying should feel. I highly recommend Rendez-Vous Nissan to anyone looking for a dealership that puts customers first. I’ll definitely be back for service and future purchases!

Baywest Nissan assessed the work needed to repair my - Rockman

Baywest Nissan assessed the work needed to repair my Rogue's front window which would not go up. The motor operated moving the window only in the down direction. Their estimate included replacement of the motor, switch and operating mechanism at a cost in excess of $1,200. I protested that the motor clearly worked, and that the switch to reverse the electrical polarity was the cause of the trouble. I chose to get a second opinion. The switch was replaced and the problem traced to faulty wiring which was then repaired, all at a cost of less than $300. I will never return to this dealership for service.

Very bad service, very bad push of products nobody needs, - Chris

Very bad service, very bad push of products nobody needs, unprofessional behavior, no respect for female client, do not trust them. Purchased Honda car for my girlfriend on June 2023, and Colton Ferguson and Paul Lazari pushed the sells of a so called rust protection device. I was against this device because I am a chemist and I know that device cannot work as advertised. Colton and Paul hold us for hours do do some papers and to convince us to buy that as a condition to make the sell. I was sick that day, and this is the only reason I did not call off the deal. The device was installed by this Nissan Dealership Bolton, car #certified# apparently, and 2- months later the battery was corroded and started to crumble. My girlfriend sent emails that were left unanswered, they don't care. Car is still own partially by bank, we will go there too, hope they will listen to bank they make business with. Do not buy anything from here, do not buy corrosion protection unless you want troubles and waste your time and money, and be stressed. Electronic Car corrosion not only does not work, it corrodes your battery, and all electrical part connected to the (+) of the battery, . I will post this message in every place on the internet I can, email to bank, and BBB and try all legal means to make them remove this device and own their error. I am beyond disgusted by this behavior, not answering emails, faulty products, pushing sells of unwanted products and ultimately no respect for a client because she is a women, yes it is down to that. I cannot believe this happened in Canada. Chris

3 interactions with this dealership and 3 bad - J

3 interactions with this dealership and 3 bad experiences. 1st interaction - It took 3 weeks for them to replace a battery in a vehicle that had been purchased less than 3 weeks prior... They blamed their phone system on the issues as to why they didn't call back. 2nd interaction was for an evaluation on a bad sensor. Appointment was at 10AM, at 11:40AM, I had to inquire as to why my vehicle hadn't been looked at yet. It was another hour before i had any kind of response. Took weeks for the sensor to come in. 3rd interaction was to replace the sensor. Appointment at 8AM, job was supposed to be 3 hours. Called at 2pm and they told me due to problems it would be 5:30PM. They provided a borrow car - after a fight to get this issue fixed. Now, it will be 6 days before I get my vehicle back for a 3 hour job.... Their counter staff lie, and are not helpful. They're service manager didn't seem to have much care for the customer, and the manager(Jason) got involved, got me a loaner, but not much else.... They don't care as long as they're taking your money... Check out the staffing reviews for this place, that speaks volumes. DON'T BUY FORM HERE OR EXPECT DECENT SERVICE.
